Due to the events of September 11, 2001, I was laid off from my VP position, in Cash
Management Sales with the Bank of New York. The Bank suffered tremendous financial losses.
Management implemented the LIFO method for employee reduction.  I was the last one hired
 in the department, hence the first one to go.  The job market in the financial services
 marketing sector was weak due to the collaspe of Enron,WorldCom and Adelphi Communication.
 I decided  to work for myself.                              
 
I believe when God closes one door He opens another.  I always wanted to get into real estate.
I incorporate presentation skills, software skills, enhanced my product knowledge of the Housing
Market by enrolling in a number of courses offer by the National Association of Realtors (NAR)
and the Appraisal Institute. 
 
To date, I obtained the GRI – Graduate Real Estate Institute designation, CBR – Certified Buyers
Representative, e-Pro - Internet Proficient, and BERE – Board Certified Real Estate Professional and
Assistant Appraiser license.
 
 I have a passion for the business. Wise men say “Find out what you love and do it and prosperity
 will follow”.  It is true! In 2010,  I was the #1 Realtor in the State of New York for Coldwell Banker.
